All orders, except for bulk orders, will ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will not get processed until the following Monday. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking information when your order ships. Quoted shipping rates are for weekday delivery. Saturday delivery is available, but will incur a surcharge to cover the additional charges from the carrier. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact before placing your order. All orders must be shipped to a valid address (no P.O. boxes please).
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
While we do our best to wrap and package every order to withstand the rigors of shipping, occasionally a damage will occur (even Fedex and UPS have their bad days). It is important to inspect your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you discover that something is damaged, please notify us immediately with your order number and tracking information so that we can promptly file a claim with the shipping company.
We do not have minimum for orders placed online. We do have a minimum shipping/handling fee of $5, this helps to cover the expenses involved with processing orders.
We carry a sizeable inventory of all the products that we have on the website, but occasionally we do run out of a particular item. If an item is back ordered, you will be contacted before the order is shipped so that you can decide what you want to do. Bulk orders may be shipped directly from the factory.
SHIPPING OUT OF THE UNITED STATES
We will ship by USPS to almost anywhere in the world. Overseas customers please select the USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Express Mail International option. Additional shipping charges may apply. USPS First Class Mail International shipping may take 5~10 days to arrive and cannot be tracked. USPS Express Mail International delivery time is 3~4 days and can be tracked. We highly recommend USPS Express Mail International for order shipped out of the States. We are not responsible for lost orders if you select the USPS First Class Mail International shipping option. If you prefer DHL or FedEx, indicate this in the “comments” box on the order form and we will confirm the price by email. There is also a Freight Collect options on our order form to ship on your courier account.
CANADA -Select USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Express Mail International, see descriptions above. We will adjust to actual cost if different from our standard amounts for these shipping methods. OverNight and 2-Day shipping are not available to CANADA. Please note that if you select UPS, Canadian Customs will charge additional duty tax.
OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT
Select PayPal on the order form. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified. You will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.
We have a 30 day return policy. A copy of the invoice is required to return or exchange items. Please order small sample quantities of LEDs and LED Products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities. Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. We will Reimburse UPS or USPS ground shipping at our discretion (wrong merchandise received, etc.). Please allow 7 business days to see refund on credit card statement. COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 100 or more pieces, orders with missing materials, or merchandise not in original packaging and condition.

Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods.
