LED lights are becoming a very popular choice for home interiors nowadays. They use less energy than incandescent bulbs, last longer and are safer for both people and the environment.
LED strips may be used as a main source of light in a room, but most often they are best used in undercabinet lighting or for accent lighting and interior enhancement. Strips of LED lights can be fixed alongside stairs, around windows or mirrors frames, around the edges of cabinets or shelves, or for used illumination of kitchen countertops.
LEDs strip lights are available in a variety of colors and lengths. Those with more classic taste may choose among natural white, warm white, cold or bluish white. Those who prefer fun, may go for a red, green or blue toms.
With a great range to choose from, you can create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere in your house or – quite the opposite – transform your home into a dynamic and colorful space.
LED strip lights are compact and easy to install. Due to their small size, LED strip fixtures are unobtrusive and can be discretely incorporated into the existing décor. LED strip lights are also a great retrofit product. They successfully replace traditional incandescent and halogen lamps. They produce the same level of light, consuming much less energy and will give your place a fresh look.
Additionally, LEDs do not emit infrared (IR) or ultraviolet (UV) radiation that can be damaging to fabrics or artwork. LEDs also do not produce that irritating hum of flicker.
Unlike fluorescent lamps, LEDs do not produce glare and – if well positioned – make spaces to look bigger. LED strips can be a great mood enhancer, especially during winter times when we feel the lack of natural light.
